These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and rf999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the rf999 website available at rf999.club and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and live casino products. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any persons who interact with the rf999 Platform in any capacity.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the rf999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide a valid mobile number and a unique password of your choosing. rf999 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before allowing withdrawals or at any other stage deemed necessary by rf999's compliance team.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified rf999 of unauthorised access. rf999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use where the player failed to notify rf999 in a timely manner.

rf999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where rf999 reasonably suspects that the registration or account use does not comply with these Terms or with applicable law.

rf999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the rf999 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. rf999 does not impose a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same account. rf999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. rf999 aims to process all bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review by the rf999 compliance and payments team. Where a withdrawal is flagged for review, processing times may be extended. rf999 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player.
• Deposits made using any payment method must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without meaningful wagering activity may be treated as a suspicious transaction and will be reviewed by rf999's compliance team.

rf999 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the rf999 account. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

rf999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses offered by rf999 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions that may be published alongside an individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the standard wagering requirement on rf999 bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made from bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• rf999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, any amendment or cancellation will not affect the player's ability to complete the wagering requirement on that bonus.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. rf999 may verify first-deposit status through account history and payment records.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between players to exploit promotional offers, or using automated software to generate artificial wagering activity — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

rf999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and rf999 actively encourages players to set personal limits and to seek assistance if they believe their gambling habits are causing harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-out: Players may take a short-term break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the account will be inaccessible for all gaming and betting activity.

rf999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, rf999 will take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the violation, up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral.

All content available on the rf999 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, interface design, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of rf999 or its licensed content providers and game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Jili, Spribe, Ezugi, and Netent, among others. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

You may access and use the rf999 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorised use of rf999's intellectual property, including the scraping of game data, unauthorised API access, or reproduction of the rf999 brand in any medium, will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms and may be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rf999's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your rf999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rf999 shall not be liable for the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of winnings or bonus funds resulting from account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms.

rf999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Where rf999 reasonably suspects or confirms that any prohibited activity as described in Clause 6 has taken place, or that the player has provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Where the player fails to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe specified by rf999, or fails to provide requested documentation to rf999's satisfaction.
• Where the player's use of the Platform is in breach of any applicable law, regulation, or court order in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction from which the player is accessing the Platform.
• Where rf999 is instructed or required to close the account by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, financial intelligence unit, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination of a player account for any reason, rf999 will process any legitimate outstanding withdrawal requests from the player's real-money balance, subject to completion of KYC and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings that have not met the relevant wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.

rf999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
